If you need an expert opinion on a property investment, M.W. Rogers

M.W. Rogers will produce detailed estimates covering all aspects
of interior and exterior renovation. Of course our fee is waived
if you purchase the property and award M.W. Rogers with a construction
contract on your new investment.

M.W Rogers handles occupancy violations on behalf of property managers
by organizing all the trades involved and meeting with city inspectors,
settling all issues within the deadline stipulated by the citation.
We understand that some of the issues raised by the city inspectors
may have been grandfathered and so not required when the property
was developed. M.W. Rogers will pull all permits and meet with
the city inspectors for you.
M.W. Rogers will complete whatever work is needed
within the timeframe dictated by the citation and walk the city
inspectors through the
property for their final sign-off.
Use M.W. Rogers for your next interior or exterior painting project
and you will be able to see electronic renderings of how the
final color scheme will look before the first brush stroke
